Wrangle’s story goes back to 2006, when two broker executives realized the value of outsourcing health and welfare Form 5500s. Since then, Wrangle, through mostly word of mouth, grew beyond all expectations, preparing over 155,000 Form 5500s to date. Not stopping there, in 2017 Wrangle expanded its service repertoire by providing Wraparound Plan documents and SPDs, as well as other ERISA-mandated disclosure documentation and tasks.
To step up the pace, in 2018 Wrangle implemented a proprietary online platform to electronically capture the data for each Form 5500 worksheet, as well as directly connect to the DOL’s efiling system. As suspected, the “Dashboard,” has revolutionized the way Wrangle handles the Form 5500 process. New levels of efficiency and data certainty have been reached.
While our focus remains on timely and accurate 5500s and planning documents with fully staffed compliance experts, Wrangle is ready to share our service model as well as its supportive hand with others. To that end, we have hired a Sales Consultant to directly communicate and bring, in person, Wrangle’s model to account managers and executives.
Wrangle has selected Elaine Harvey to carry our mission and compliance support services to the health and welfare industry. She stood unquestionably head and shoulders above the rest, due in part to her very developed career path and her longevity in employee benefits. She has worked a combined eight and a half years for Cigna and Prudential from the carrier world, been on the front lines for both large and small employee benefits brokerages in sales and account management for twelve and a half years and rolled up her sleeves when she ran her own boutique brokerage for twelve years. Through these treks, she had experience working on 5500s and knew of Wrangle as a trusted partner for many. What catapulted her to be the top choice though is her desire, from the moment she steps out of bed in the morning, to bring success to businesses through personal relationships and advanced technology.
Living in Columbus, Ohio, when she is not in an engaging conversation at the office or visiting our partner clients, she is at home reading, a passion that led to her degree in literature from West Virginia University, or working on her 1931 home as a true DIY ambassador fueled by persistence and gumption.
