Our leadership team has more than 50 years of combined experience in the employee benefits industry. We understand all aspects of the benefits process, especially the strict reporting requirements of ERISA Health and Welfare regulations as well as the unyielding provisions of ERISA Wrap Plan Documents, Annual Notices and Nondiscrimination Testing.

Vice President

Lynda Taylor

For the past fourteen years, Lynda’s sole focus has been on ERISA reporting compliance through the Health and Welfare Form 5500 and ERISA Plan Documents. With the combination of her previous experiences with business administration, national sales management and providing customer service on an international scale, she has developed a dynamic vision for creating proprietary systems that promises consistent and dependable value to both the broker and their client. Lynda currently serves as Wrangle's Vice President, managing the 5500 and plan document processes for Wrangle’s team. In her off-work hours Lynda serves on two non-profit boards: Soroptimist International of Junction City and Education Together Foundation. For fun she loves hiking, reading and playing trombone in the Blue Skies Big Band. Lynda graduated with a BS in Business Administration with an Economics Core from Eastern University in St. Davids, PA.

Gina Fellows

Gina joined the Wrangle team in 2021 as Director, Health and Welfare Compliance. She has spent twenty-three years in the employee benefits arena, serving multiple global brokerages as a Health and Welfare consultant. In her role, Gina leads Wrangle’s 5500 and ERISA Desk teams, with a focus on client services and support. She has a natural affinity towards compliance and her experience includes the design of multiple proprietary benefits administration solutions, the design and implementation of a comprehensive ACA reporting program as well as the composition and production of a HIPAA privacy and security compliance program. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring her native Colorado, enjoying her two young grandchildren and traveling throughout Europe. Gina began her healthcare career as a Registered Nurse before transitioning to health and welfare compliance and employee benefits administration.

Emily Marr

Emily came to Wrangle with over 18 years of experience in a paralegal capacity for an ERISA attorney. She joined Wrangle in January 2017 integrating her plan document capabilities into Wrangle’s ERISA-compliance business model. Recognizing Emily’s solid knowledge base managing the employee benefits consulting and plan documents services Wrangle jumped at the opportunity to have her as part of our team and expand Wrangle’s service base for brokers and clients. After attending U.C. Berkeley, Emily flirted briefly with the film and TV industry as an art assistant before starting her career in the legal industry, first working with research attorneys and legal editors at a division of Thomson Reuters and eventually focusing her attention on employee benefits law and the associated documents. Emily currently hikes the back trails of Oregon between working hours and hopes one day to be brave enough tackle segments of the Pacific Crest Trail on her own.

Ann jumped at the chance to join Wrangle in 2014 as their Project Manager. She readily admits that she is a 5500 Nerd. She tackles complex questions from brokers, using her relationships with the DOL to obtain input and answers. She also prepares Wrangle’s training material and marketing material, serving as a co-trainer, and writes Wrangle’s bi-monthly Blog along with other tools to assist brokers develop an understanding of ERISA Reporting and Disclosure. Prior to Wrangle Ann worked since 2002 in the employee benefit brokerage industry as an account manager. Ann has a degree in Psychology and a minor in business Administration from Sonoma State University. She additionally has a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Notre Dame de Namur University. Her passion is in running which helps her stay just a step ahead of her four children as well as for reading and research, a hobby she developed after working at Forbes ASAP magazine for many years.
