Wrangle has received questions and requests for assistance on RxDC reporting. We recently expanded our referral partnership with ACAPrime to help bring information and resources on RxDC reporting to you. This is timely considering the report is due on June 1st. This blog outlines the key attributes to know and how to acquire assistance. In addition, we recorded a joint news flash webinar to highlight what you need to know now as well as going forward. How Do You Report
CMS has an online system. ACAPrime is authorized to submit on behalf of the group health plan.
What Information is Reported
There are ten categories:
- P2- Group Health Plan List
- D1: Premium and Life years
- D2: Spending by Category
- D3: Top 50 Brand Names
- D4: Top 50 Most Costly Drugs
- D5: Top 50 Drugs by Spending Increase
- D6: Rx Spending Totals
- D7: Rx Rebates by Therapeutic Class
- D8: Rx Rebates for the Top 25 Drugs
- Narrative
NOTE: Your insurance carrier/TPA/PBM may submit some or all the required information if you responded to their survey on time. If you missed their survey/RFI, ACAPrime can help get your reporting wrapped up. ACAPrime can also help point you in the right direction to figure out what you may or may not need to do for the RxDC reporting.
What ACAPrime Will Do
ACAPrime will assist with the data collection, analysis, and aggregation into the required formats.
They will create the submission packet and ensure final reporting is accurate and timely submitted.
