Wrangle has actively listened to feedback from our brokers and clients to enhance the Plan Docs/NDT Platform experience. We’ve introduced several new improvements while maintaining the familiar structure and functionality. These updates are designed to deliver a noticeable boost to your efficiency and time.
Additionally, we aim to promote our latest Plan Documents to the lineup, specifically Section 125/Cafeteria Plan Documents for the Premium Only Plan (POP) or the Flexible Spending Account Benefits. Read on for more details.
Legislative changes applicable to Section 125 Cafeteria Plan Documents
You no longer must ask for Legislative amendments to Section 125 Cafeteria Plan Documents (originals are to have been prepared by Wrangle). At any time, you have access to free templates that you can download, complete/customize, and attach to the Section 125 Cafeteria Plan documents.
You will simply click on the 5th Tab in our Platform and follow the prompts.

Included on this page is also the instructions guide you can download for the complete steps in customizing the free templates.
Those currently available are:
- Increase in dependent care FSA contribution limits
- Increase in health FSA contribution limits
- Increase in health FSA carryover limits
- Increase in Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution limits
- Telehealth (virtual care) services for HDHP plans
- Expanded eligibility for HSA benefits
Note that these changes do not need to be added to Wraparound Plan Documents.
Table filter for columns:
Each table within the Platform has various column headers that can be filtered to categorize the data as needed.
Direct access to the plan sponsor page when updating a project
When completing an intake form for any type of project, there may be a need to quickly reference the data on its Plan Sponsor page. You can now click on the group’s Plan Sponsor button at any time to have access to it. In addition, you don’t lose your spot on the Intake Form when the Plan Sponsor button is clicked, as this will prompt for a new tab to open.

Wrap Plan document intake form
The intake form has had several modifications to help the flow of information run more smoothly:
- Under Plan Sponsor details, the entity type is required
- Legal:
- You can list a specific person for the privacy officer and legal agent
- You can now choose to include the full list of possible permissible election changes when an employee has a qualifying life event as an additional appendix to the SPD.
- Benefit Policy Details: now comes before eligibility rules
- If vision is selected, the network is to be listed (to help know which claim address to list)
- Eligibility rules:
- They have been divided into two categories:
- Employee class definition rules
- All other rules
- If the full ACA Measurement provisions are selected, then the additional page that opens to complete those details is no longer listed as optional, as it has always been required if the full provisions are needed.
- They have been divided into two categories:
Section 125/ Cafeteria Plan documents
Section 125/ Cafeteria Plan Documents are now available. This is for both the Premium Only Plan (no SPD provided since it follows only IRS regulations) and those for the Flexible Spending Account benefits (Health FSA and Dependent Care). The health FSA would have the SPD included as well. Pricing can be provided by our Director of Sales, Elaine Harvey, at eharvey@wrangle5500.com
Name change for the adoption agreement
Some of our Plan Documents include an Adoption Agreement. It takes the details of the Plan Document and list in an outline format. In 2026, instead of being listed as an Adoption Agreement, the name changes to Employer Election Attachment.
